Many years ago (like almost 20 😱), I created these spreadsheets to make my children’s homeschool schedules on. The younger kids get to help decide what time they want to do what subjects and the older kids make their own schedules and show it to me before printing.
Each year and sometimes from semester to semester we need to change things. As you can see on the 7th grade image below we have “Play Practice” on Friday, but this was only for 1 semester. I have Numbers and Excel versions below that you can download and change to fit your child/family’s schedules.
Once I print them I put them into a clear sheet protector, you could laminate them as well. The benefit of the plastic cover is that the child uses a dry erase marker (color of their choice!😉) during each day to make a line through what they have completed.
I have them keep this sheet out on the school table so that I can quickly scan it as I am doing my own duties to see if they are staying on track. Of course, you could have that kid that marks it off even if they have not completed it yet, but then you have a perfect opportunity to talk about the 8th commandment and getting in to confession. 🙂
I hope you are able to utilize these to help make your homeschool day a little easier!
