Instead USE healthy fats (butter, coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil, avocado oil) honey, maple syrup, stevia, real spices, whole grains, raw dairy etc.
This is BY FAR not an extensive list. We have been eating this way for so long I can’t really even remember what all we have cut completely out of our diet. There are many on here who eat WAY healthier than my family so I am SUPER excited to get recipes!!!!
